This is not just for hybrid or endurance athletes — it is for anyone who wants to train with purpose and maximize their life's fitness.

Whether you are preparing for HYROX, DEKA, Spartan, or other hybrid races, or simply want structured training that drives measurable progress, this program is built for you.

All fitness levels are welcome.

CLASS TYPES 〰️

  • Speed | High Turnover | Ergs & Intervals

Short runs, hard bike bursts, and high-intensity erg work to develop speed and power. These sessions train your ability to surge, recover quickly, and sustain race pace under fatigue.

  • Strength | Load Tolerance | Movement Quality

Heavy carries, sled pushes & pulls, lunges, controlled strength circuits, and progressive overload. Emphasis on quality movement, proper rest between sets, and technical execution.

The goal is to build true strength, improve durability, and increase load tolerance. Strength is built — not rushed.

  • Running | Cycling | Aerobic Capacity

Sustained, steady efforts designed to build aerobic capacity and long-lasting efficiency. Focuses on maximizing aerobic output rather than high intensity, delivering powerful results with less overall strain on the body.

  • Simulation | Pacing | Transitions

Race-format workouts designed around real HYROX, DEKA, and Spartan flow. Practice pacing strategy, efficient transitions, movement under fatigue, and race execution. This is where preparation becomes performance.
